82nd Annual Meeting

Conference Format
Day One:  The first day of the conference features opening and closing plenaries that bookend roundtable discussions on more than 25 topics. Plus a networking lunch.  Attendees pre-select their options for roundtable discussions to ensure small groups.  Day one also includes Catch-Up sessions that allow us to add sessions to the program on topics that have arisen between program selection and the event.
Day Two: The second day of the meeting has one set of concurrent workshops (2.5 hours w/break) in the morning followed by our Keynote Luncheon speaker.  The afternoon will include another set of concurrent workshops (2.5 hour w/break) and also two sets of concurrent sessions.  Attendees can choose to attend a workshop OR two concurrent sessions. Workshops are pre-selected in advance to ensure no more than 50 people per workshop.
Day Three: The last day of the conference features two sets of seven concurrent sessions which are open to everyone.

In late January, registrants will be contacted to download the app in order to make their roundtable and workshop selections.

Pricing
There will be one registration fee for the entire meeting which includes continental breakfast on Thursday and Friday, lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, an opening reception on Wednesday as well as all program sessions.  Some sessions (roundtables and workshops) require pre-selection and registrants will be asked to download the meeting app in order to make their selections in late January 2026.

Cancellation policy:  A $100 processing fee will be deducted from all cancellations.  No refunds will be made on any cancellations received after February 1, 2026.  Cancellations must be made in writing to meetings@acad.org.   Registrations are transferable within an institution.
