ACAD is a national, non-profit, 501 (c) 3 organization.  Our mission is to provide academic leaders who share a commitment to student learning, and to the ideals of liberal education, with networking and professional development opportunities and to support them in their work as educational leaders.  Our vision is to be recognized as a leader in promoting the effective practice of academic leadership in higher education.  ACAD provides professional development and networking opportunities designed to expand the expertise of academic leaders and advance inclusive excellence in order to meet the changing needs of students, faculty, staff and society and to foster their success.

Current Members:

  • To renew your membership, log-in using your email address and password (you can retrieve your password with the Forgot Password function).  Once logged in, click on Member Renew tab at top of page (small navigation bar) and follow the prompts to pay by credit card (preferred method of payment).
  • If you need to pay by check, please login and follow the prompts to request an invoice.
  • If you wish to add additional members to receive the Individual 2+ per person dues discount, please email ACAD at membership@acad.org.
